Acceptance of these terms
These terms apply whenever you use this website or engage Exalto Solutions B.V. ("Exalto", "we", "us") for IT, network, or AI communication services. By using our website, requesting a missed-call audit, or signing up for a service, you agree to these terms.
The services we provide
Exalto provides managed IT support, cyber security, cloud consultancy, networking, voice and PBX, surveillance, and AI communication services (AI Receptionist and WhatsApp AI Assistant) to businesses in Curaçao and beyond. The specific scope, setup and any trial period for a given service is agreed with you directly before work begins — we don't publish pricing or fixed scopes on this site, since every setup is different.
What our AI services do and do not do
Our AI Receptionist and WhatsApp AI Assistant are designed to answer calls and messages, capture details, and hand off to your team when something needs a human decision. They will not quote a price they haven't been given, and they will not provide clinical, legal or financial advice under any circumstances — in healthcare settings specifically, urgent or clinical matters are always routed to a person, not assessed by the AI.
- Every call and chat identifies itself as AI-handled from the start
- Unusual requests or genuine complaints are handed to your team rather than guessed at
- Service availability depends on your existing phone system and WhatsApp Business number staying active and correctly connected
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for giving us accurate information needed to set up and run your service (such as business details, hours, and how calls or messages should be handled), for keeping your own systems and accounts secure, and for reviewing any AI-handled call or chat summaries we provide so your team can follow up where needed.
Fees and billing
Fees are agreed with you individually before a service begins and are not published on this site, since setups vary by business. Any trial period terms, billing frequency and cancellation notice will be set out in your individual agreement with us.
Liability
We work to keep your services running reliably, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems your service depends on, such as your phone carrier, internet provider, or WhatsApp's own platform. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.
Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the current one. These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
