Who we are

Exalto Solutions B.V. ("Exalto", "we", "us") is an IT and network services company based at Avesweg 8, Willemstad, Curaçao. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, contact us, or use our AI Receptionist and WhatsApp AI Assistant services, and how we handle it.

What data we collect

We collect data you give us directly — for example, your name, business name, phone number and email address when you submit a form on this site, request a missed-call audit, or contact us. We also collect data generated automatically when our AI services interact with your customers on your behalf.

• Business information relevant to the service you request (e.g. phone system type)
• Standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited

Call recordings and chat transcripts

Where our AI Receptionist answers calls on a client's phone system, calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service, improve accuracy, and allow a client to review how their customers were handled. Where our WhatsApp AI Assistant is used, message transcripts are stored to provide the service, hand conversations over to a human team member when needed, and maintain a record of bookings or enquiries.

These recordings and transcripts may contain personal data belonging to the end customers of our clients, not only to our clients themselves. We process this data as a service provider acting on our client's instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep call recordings, chat transcripts and form submissions only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve a query, or meet a legal obligation, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the client on whose behalf our AI services are answering calls or messages, with sub-processors that help us run the service (such as telephony, hosting or messaging providers), and where required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention requirements. You can also object to certain uses of your data.
